Amazing combo
I have both shampoo and conditioner and I can’t say a bad word. It makes my hair so nice and soft! I do however use a lot of the product so it doesn’t last that long. Still I can’t be mad as the effects are just simply amazing.

I bought this duo and matching hair mask last November and have been using it ever since. I had read the description and the reviews and was looking forward to trying these out as they sounded perfect for what I was looking to get out of it. Think again. After using this product for the first few times I was left feeling disappointed, my hair looked dull and lacklustre, but I persevered, and thought that it might take a little time for my hair to get used to it. Well, fast forward six months, my hair is dry, frizzy, knotty, dull, and generally looks horrible (I don't use any heat or styling tools and my hair has no bleach or dye in it). Can't say I didn't give it a fair chance. I was annoyed with how much product I had left, which is why I didn't buy something else sooner, but eventually even my annoyance wasn't enough to compete with how truly awful this was!

Perfect duo
I bought both the shampoo and conditioner and have been using these for a couple of months and have noticed a visible difference in the health of my hair. Fallout is much less and it has helped prevent breakage on my dry curly hair (3b hair) . I had used olaplex for ages and it had stopped working for me. My mother also uses this and has coloured hair and has said its had no negative impact on the colour of her hair! Highly recommend!

The shampoo smells lovely and lathers up very well. The bottle and pump that it comes in is good too. My hair feels less greasy using this and I can go longer in between washes but it doesn’t really make a massive noticeable difference to my hair.

Beautiful shampoo, gentle and non drying for my coloured hair and smells gorgeous. I have normal-combination hair, slightly oily roots and I use this every other day, sometimes daily. I use the conditioner too which is lovely and moisturising. My hair is in great condition since using nature lab and I will continue to use this brand- worth every penny. The refills are also a bonus, work out cheaper long term and reduce waste.

Lovely Scent!
This shampoo has such a wonderful smell, it makes me feel like I am at a fancy spa with the refreshing notes of lime and cucumber instead of my little old shower. It made my hair really bouncy and soft when I used it with the matching conditioner. I only gave it four stars because it is not hydrating enough for my very frizzy hair.
