General Use for hormonal changes:
Apply 3-4 drops of oil or as needed to fingertips, gently massage into intimate areas including perineal, inner and outer labia.
For best results use daily, or twice per day to improve elasticity, and reduce dryness.
Pregnancy Use:
To use as a prenatal massage oil; apply 3-4 drops daily from 34 weeks of pregnancy.
Post Pregnancy Use:
As above, apply 3-4 drops daily, (we recommend waiting until stitches are healed, and wounds are closed)

I happen to come across this at the perfect time as along with other pregnancy symptoms I was starting to get dry/itchy therefore sore down there! I didn’t want unnatural chemicals and this had decent reviews to at least give it a try and it has really helped. I don’t use it daily only when needed and have gone 1 size bigger on the knickers I wear to stop with rubbing, also I take warm magnesium salt baths every couple of weeks to keep it all controlled but this product has definitely helped and I would recommend if you rule out other causes such as thrush/uti first

I expected more from the reviews on their website but haven't noticed a change to my LS irritation. It's still useful to prevent underwear friction/post-coitus tenderness lol and the size should last quite a while. Probably wouldn't repurchase.
