General Use for hormonal changes:
Apply 3-4 drops of oil or as needed to fingertips, gently massage into intimate areas including perineal, inner and outer labia.
For best results use daily, or twice per day to improve elasticity, and reduce dryness.
Pregnancy Use:
To use as a prenatal massage oil; apply 3-4 drops daily from 34 weeks of pregnancy.
Post Pregnancy Use:
As above, apply 3-4 drops daily, (we recommend waiting until stitches are healed, and wounds are closed)

I purchased this on a bit of a whim, I absolutely LOVE it though. I lean towards dry skin and my skin in that area tends to be sensitive, this is wonderfully moistening, soothing and totally non-irritating. I've not been using it long enough to know whether or not it is actually boosting collagen in that area but it certainly makes everything feel good.

This stuff is expensive, but it's so good for dry skin below deck. I have very eczematous, dry skin everywhere (and I mean *everywhere*), and this is the ONLY thing I've found that works. Not scented, moisturising, really prevents itching and discomfort. A little goes a long way. Would buy again.
