General Use for hormonal changes:
Apply 3-4 drops of oil or as needed to fingertips, gently massage into intimate areas including perineal, inner and outer labia.

Pregnancy Use:
To use as a prenatal massage oil; apply 3-4 drops daily from 34 weeks of pregnancy.
Post Pregnancy Use:
As above, apply 3-4 drops daily, (we recommend waiting until stitches are healed, and wounds are closed)

I have some issues since going through menopause, mainly itchiness. I have been using this oil for about a week or two, usually twice a day. It’s lightweight and doesn’t stain clothing. I will keep using it, and see how it goes. I think it’s moisturising and doesn’t irritate further.
