Useless new formula!
This new formula had been weakened considerably and did nothing at all for my lips. I do not have fillers etc so like something to plump slightly however not only does this new formula not do anything but it causes dryness so is completely useless and I’m so disappointed as I Bought this a few years ago and it was great! The old formula did exactly as advertised… instantly plumped lips and encouraged blood circulation making lips pink almost immediately. This new version is utterly useless!!! and caused lips to feel dry and uncomfortable almost immediately after applying. Don’t bother!

Unbearable chemical smell
Makes your lips pinker for an hour or two but I haven't observed any real plumping effect. It has an extremely unpleasant chemical smell. A bit similar to an ashtray smell but so strong that the entire bathroom reeks of it several hours after each application. What's more, you can smell it even through the closed bottle and eventually I had to put the bottle in a ziplock bag. I really cannot use a product with such a horrible smell.

Improves thinning lips
This does work but it requires regular use and is not a quick fix. Good for lips that have lost some of their volume through ageing.

Love it forever
Love this so much. Once I got used to the tingling and redness if it got anywhere other than my lips (and it really does "tingle") with consistent use I really noticed a difference in the fullness and colour of my lips (which usually have very little colour, my friends joke that my lips look like I'm dead). It's expensive for a small bottle but I will continue to buy it as long as they keep making it!

Feels great when applied and makes your lips feel moisturised. No stingy feeling which is great ... I use product twice a day and have not seen a major change in size as yet but my lips look in better condition and more youthful. I accidentally got it around my lips the first time (you don’t need much product) and it made the outer area of my lips red and a little swollen so I do think the product has the same effect on the lips just more subtle.

Big disappointment
I did a patch test in which I had a huge red spot on my arm. Of course, I will not use it for the lips. Money wasted.

Big disappointment
I did a patch test on my hand and after 5 minutes I got a huge red spot. The spot constantly burned, became larger and swollen. Previously, I did not have allergies to cosmetics. I'm very disappointed. I spent a large amount of money on a Concentrate that I can’t even use.

The best
I have thin, barely visible lips that also get chapped in winter. I've been using this product for a week and I can see the results. They've become healthier, plumper with a more definite contour - not in a way everybody notices, but for me the change is obvious. LOVE it!
