The Nurse Jamie Super-Cryo Massaging Orb can be used alone on clean, dry skin or with your favorite moisturizer or beauty oil. The Massaging Orb can be used Cool or Warm
Cool Treatment: Unscrew the twist-off ring from the base, place the massaging orb in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Then place the massaging orb back into the base and screw the twist-off ring onto the base securely. (Do not freeze)
Warm Treatment: Unscrew the twist-off ring from the base, place the massaging orb into a bowl of water for 30-60 minutes. Then place the massaging orb back into the base and screw the twist-off ring onto the base securely. (Do not put in the microwave or oven)
Eye Area:
Gently press and roll the massaging orb under the eye area starting from the inside of your face moving towards the outside.
Brow Area:
Gently press and roll the massaging orb just below the brow, moving from the middle towards the outside of your brow.
Cheeks:
Gently press and roll the massaging orb on the middle area of your cheek. Slowly roll the massaging orb outwards and upwards.
Decollete:
Gently press and roll the massaging orb against your decollete, starting low near your chest and rolling the massaging orb upward and outward up, almost to your collarbone. (Do not roll over the collarbone)

Has helped my overall face appearance
I did not had the highest expectations for this product, but I was willing to give it a try - and I am SO happy I did! I keep the ball in the fridge at all times and give my face a quick 1 minute roll every morning. First of all it helps me wake up, but it also wakes and tightens up my entire face. One thing is the instant lift the cold and rolling motion gives, but with continuous use, I’ve also noticed my skin texture improving.

This orb is great for depuffing. And is a lot cheaper than the glass variety available. I wish there was an even smaller version as I mainly use this round my eye area, and a smaller version would be even more effective.

Great for de-puffing
I love using this to calm my puffy and tired eyes in the morning. It’s also bigger than I expected! I’ve also used it to massage sore muscles on occasion. I find it stays pretty cold so I don’t have it in the fridge, but this might change in summer.

This is a must-have for rosacea prone skin! Just don't put it on your skin as soon as you get it out of the fridge, it will be too cold - let it cool for 5-10minutes and then massage and enjoy ;)
