Takes a while to work

Did nothing for me
I suffer loads with a bloated stomach. I hoped to see some improvement after taking these twice daily for around 1 month but have seen no improvement whatsoever. If anything I'd say my bloating has got worse, so much so I have been unable to wear some of my clothes as they feel tight and I look pregnant. Definitely won't be wasting my money on these again.

It helps you feel less bloated
It’s not a miracle cure, nothing is, but it certainly helps reduce bloating and helps digestion. I feel less sluggish after big meals and in combination with my probiotic supplement my stomach is a lot happier.

It does work!
I did feel less bloated and it worked straight away, but I did feel like even though it doesn't give you diarrhea like other supplements, it did make me a bit concerned about how often I was going to the toilet. I prefer the blue Hum nutrition supplement tbh.

I tried these for a week or so and didn't notice a difference to my bloating. I probably need to persevere a bit longer but they're quite large to swallow and have quite an unpleasant taste... Having to take them twice a day is also a bit annoying as you have to remember to take them to work!
