Bloat Buster
I'm very sensitive to gluten and it causes me to bloat and be uncomfortable all day. On my period all I want to eat is gluten and so I do indulge myself with pasta and bread. I just so happened to be trying out these supplements at the same time and the difference is incredible. I can't tell you the world of difference they've made. They also are great for helping you get 'regular'. I would argue it does flatten your tummy but in a HEALTHY WAY. Not the way some other products do by just giving you diarrhoea

I'm a big fan of the HUM range. With this particular vitamin of theirs, not instant results obviously, but over a period of time, there is a definite improvement, does it give you a flatter tummy, no, but it does help with bloating, etc. so it's not an instant fix, and no vitamin alone is going to give you the results without some effort put in by you, so I truly believe that along with regular exercise, drinking loads of water, etc, combined with the Hum Flatter Me, it's a winning combination. It must be doing something as if I forgot to take it, and we all do forget!, I do notice a difference if I miss one. As with everything Cult, their packaging is perfect, delivery super quick.

HUM Pure Magic
These are incredible, I never thought something so simple could have such a powerful impact on my gut health!!! They worked immediately and my premenstrual bloating, digestive discomfort symptoms have reduced significantly. I have been taking them for two weeks now, day second, no nightly bloating at all! I have been pairing them with hum daily cleanse (1 tablet daily) and my digestion has improved by a 100 %. Allready repurchased!

Really do work
I tried these as recommended by HUM when I did their quiz in hopes it would help with some painful bloating I had. I honestly haven't tried anything else that has worked as well as this, I have only experienced painful bloating once, and I have been using them for a month now. I am currently repurchasing my second bottle and will become a regular purchase! (TMI, but these also actually help when you have period bloats too!) I have also tried several other tablets from the line, including the daily cleanse so I could get spirulina/ chlorella intake without purchasing separately, and vitamin C gummies as well as their Mighty Night tablets (which are incredible!). Overall the HUM line is pretty good and there are some staples that I will be repurchasing often.

Night out miracle
Bought these in anticipation for after lockdown and wearing my tight fitting dresses again. The lockdown bloat hasn't been kind and was getting me down, so trying these definitely helped in feeling confident again. Would buy again!

Improved my confidence
I was sceptical about whether or not these would work but having taken them for a few weeks I have noticed a reduction in bloating and that uncomfortable ‘post-food’ feeling. Not sure I would purchase regularly but it has been interesting to see results.
