I am taking very good care of my skin recently, and with my 39th birthday approaching I thought I would throw these in as an extra step. I’m not sure I see a huge improvement with these alone but I am only on month 3. The only issue is they are very sweet. And make my blood sugar spike. I was taking them as soon as I woke up before my day started but would feel a little nauseas after from the sweetness and then craving more sugar after… (I am taking these and another one from the same brand for calmness) so in total that would be 4 gummies and then my usual 2 gummies for women’s health. Way too much sugar in one go, so will take until month 3 is finished changing to evening time and if I don’t see any major changes I will stop.
