Have had four bottles of these. Tastes really nice but not sure if it’s done anything for me. Haven’t noticed a change at all.

Good ingredients but no noticeable difference
Although I really enjoyed using these in that they taste great just like sweets so felt like a treat yet you’re also putting nutrients into your body. They did not make a noticeable difference to my skin. They work well for and we are all individual and could be due to other factors. Still a huge fan of Hum and love their debloat and detox supplements.

As a Woman is 42 I will fall for any marketing that will keep me young. Are vitamin A & E good things? Yes. Is my skin gonna start glowing, who knows. Hopefully. Plus, they taste like adult candy.
