super-sweet but makes a difference!
This is now my second bottle and I'm very pleased with the results. My hair is growing much faster, and my nails continue to feel strong. It's such a huge amount of biotin, I probably will go down to a smaller dose in a few months. But this stuff definitely works! As I previously stated, the only downside of this is that it is incredibly sweet, so it does cause a little blood sugar spike if you have any sort of sensitivity to candy, etc.

I received these within the 2022 Advent Calendar. Obviously easy to take although found them very sweet and a bit grainy. I feel there are much cheaper, just as easy, products to get the benefits of the ingredients. Wouldn't purchase sorry HUM! :(

stronger nails & hair
I've been taking these for about a month. They are delicious, although extremely sweet, like a regular gummy candy. Definitely better taken with food to avoid a blood sugar spike, but even then it's still a lot if you are someone who doesn't eat candy on a daily basis. I already have pretty thick hair, so I can't say I've noticed a lot of new growth or anything, but it does feel a bit stronger. Where I've noticed the biggest difference is in my nail health-- they are much stronger and resilient against breakage! I'd give this 5 stars if they would sweeten them a bit less, perhaps with fruit juice instead of sugar, so it was just easier on my system.

Cannot be without
Just finished my first bottle of these and I can really see a difference! I had a bit of hair loss due to hormonal issues and after taking these for a few weeks I can see a good amount of new hair growth. My nails are also growing much quicker and stronger than usual!
