Hard to tell as I’m on a full on health kick and taking other supplements but these are much easier to take them my last hair vitamins. The gummies are nice and sweet and more importantly don’t make me feel sick like my other vitamins did so 5 stars just for that!

New hair growth
I have been taking these for 5 weeks after a sample size in a "Skin care edit". They taste amazing which is just a bonus. Taste nice
I received 14 gummies in the Cult Beauty Advent Calendar 2022, they tasted nice but I assume you need to take them for a while to notice any difference to your hair, therefore it’s hard to judge their effectiveness in this quantity.
