Taste nice but can't comment on effectiveness
I got these in the advent calendar so couldn't really use them for long enough to comment on their effectiveness. They taste lovely and weren't a burden to take everyday, I am however sceptical as to how much things like this can help with external factors such as skin or hair. Not my type of thing and I wouldn't purchase but I did enjoy taking them to use them up.

I don't even know how many times I've reordered these gummies. They taste lovely and if you stick with them, they do give results (I mean, I also try to eat well/take care of my hair blah blah blah, but since taking them, I've had multiple people comment on how healthy my hair looks). Personally, I cut these in half and take half a day, or maybe a full one if I feel I need it just because the dosage seems a bit excessive, which makes these last ages.

Amazing for damaged hair
I’ve been using these every day for a few weeks now and (while also using olaplex once a week) I feel like this has made a huge difference. My hair has recently been slightly damaged from colouring but I’ve definitely seen an improvement in shine and condition and can see the start of some regrowth!
