I’ve not tried hair gummies before but received a sample size in the calendar. I only tried them for a week so hard to say if any real results but they do taste great!

Negatives not worth it
I’m post partum so hair loss is a huge problem. I’ve two bottles of these gummies. They recommend that you take 2 a day. I’ve had terrible side effects including migraine and nausea. You need to drink an incredible amount of water because they are super dehydrating. I’ve noticed new hairs but honestly, proceed with caution

I started taking these supplements and fairly immediately started suffering with severe stomach cramps and nausea. It took a few days for me to realise what it was, but felt better after i'd stopped taking them. There is over 14,000x your recommended B12 intake in one serving, be careful if you try them!

These Work
Due to lockdown, working nights, and the menopause, my hair was falling out like billy-o. The hoover was totally clogged with my hair. I noticed an almost immediate difference after using these. I’ve now got thick, shiny hair, little sprouting clumps all over my scalp, and a much happier hoover. Supplements are more effective than even the swankiest treatment in my opinion; I couldn’t guarantee they’d work for every hair loss condition but I would definitely recommend giving them a go.

Don't buy if you are prone to acne
Unfortunately this product broke me out with cystic acne. I did notice stronger nails after using however I didn't get a chance to finish the bottle as my skin broke out too much so can't comment too much on hair growth.
