Not sure if it's working on me
The flavour is pleasant & probably overall good for me ( I am vegetarian and likely so to have need of b12) but, hair/skin wise, I haven't seen any benefit ( I had 3 quarters of the package) unfortunately yet

Patience is key
I started taking Hair Sweet Hair after really struggling with Long Covid and noticing a dramatic amount of hair loss. While this wasn't noticeable to others, every time I washed my hair or brushed it, whole handfuls would come out. The stress of this alone was getting too much for me so I wanted to do something about it...enter Hum to save the day! As with any supplement, it does take time to see results, so I found after 2 jars (two months) I really started to see the difference. You have to stick with it and be consistent for them to get to work in my opinion, so if you just try for a month and leave it there, honestly that's not giving the product an opportunity to do what it does best. I've now purchased my 3rd (and 4th safety backup already) jar as I just can't be without these little gummies now. Just over two months in, and I'm getting back to normal, my hair loss has massively reduced, and I'm seeing so much new growth particularly around my temples where I have more patchy grow out and baby hairs. It just feels and looks healthy again after being dry, brittle and so much more sparse than normal. Even my nails, which are naturally weak and take the brunt of my stress, are now growing through much stronger and more resilient! They even taste great, I just keep them on my desk for an afternoon sweet treat and never forget to take them. If you're hesitating, I beg you not to and give them a go, I haven't looked back!

Amazing! My skins clear again!
Firstly they taste like sweets! YUMMY! But with the added bonus of clearing up my skin! I suffer with maskne breakouts luckily it started to clear and since taking these 3 weeks ago I haven’t had any new breakouts! Off to buy my second bottle.

Regrettably these did nothing for me.
I have just taken these for 18 consecutive days and unfortunately, I do not notice the slightest difference. I had noticed a significant glow and plumpness with Solgar's acid hyaluronic and collagen complex tablet I took a few months ago and bought those hoping for the same effect and the additional perks of having gummies, but on top of no results, I also found consuming them quite unpleasant. If it helps - I am the early 30s with my main concerns being dehydration, fine lines, the occasional hormonal breakout, and overall uneven/dull skin tone. These really were not for me!

Healthy Looking Skin
I used these for two months and then ran out, and could definitely tell the difference. Repurchased a couple of weeks back and once again they have turned my skin around. I’m in my early 30s and have always struggled with my skin, but taking these supplements alongside my thorough skin routine has completely cleared up my face and I’ve been getting so many compliments! They have a really nice flavour too, unlike other supplements I’ve taken. Highly recommend.

I cannot believe they actually worked?!
I have never had gummy vitamins since childhood mind you, so I was not expecting these to make any difference. Nor have I started drinking more water, being active, changing my diet etc. And yet still, after 2 weeks of using this my skin was glass like, with no dry patches! For the in ages I first time went outside only wearing an SPF moisturiser feeling radiant.

Game changer!
I used this products for over a month now.. and I’m ready to raccomando those vitamins to everyone! They made a big change to my skin.. is more radiant, hydrate and looks so healthy! The taste is so good too.

Expensive but good
These are brilliant, they really do make a difference to the skin...however they're also pretty expensive. Bare in mind this is only going to equal a months supply so you'll have to dish out another £27 next month. Unsure if I would buy again simply for that reason
