Not convinced
I bought this recently and have been taking one tablet per day as one of the reviewers mentioned as not to lengthen my cycle … however I haven’t really noticed much difference in my period cramps or my skin just yet. I suffer from hormonal acne just before that time of month and was really hoping this would help! I guess only time will tell …

I recently stopped breastfeeding and my hormones went wild, including really bad PMS and breakouts like I was 16 again (I’m very middle aged). These changed my day to day life
These pills are AMAZING! I suffer from PMDD and those 2 weeks before the period would be a living hell, wouldn't be able to do absolutely anything other than cry and feel sorry for myself...
