I’m not sure if this is a placebo effect but I definitely feel more energised and in a better mood. I’ve taken these for over two months now and honestly I was in a bad way with my mood and just wanted to sleep all the time and although I still have days like that, I do just feel a bit brighter which is really worth it to me. I’ve stocked up with another three bottles so I believe in these little capsules!

I was super excited for this after the reviews and unfortunately left disappointed.. it's a little more than I would pay for energy vitamins, it made no difference to my mood or energy levels. it's a shame I can't return it :(
