Does Not Budge!
This eyeliner does not budge at all! Definitely waterproof, so great for wet winter days. Very pigmented and glides on easily. The only reason for not giving it the full 5 stars is that it takes a LOT to remove it - plenty of micellar water, oil cleanser and more micellar water, and there are still traces of it clinging on.

This is actually a really good liner. It doesn’t smudge, the brush is long and the liquid is very fluid so that you don’t get a feint line. It’s a lovely deep brown which I like. Like the price point too!

this eyeliner is almost like a tattoo. it doesn’t come off with misceller water, cleansing balm, or ANYTHING. it’s good if you want something THAT permanent but having to scrub it off my eyes did hurt so i wouldn’t really suggest it.
