Exfoliate your lips prior to application to ensure they're super-smooth (and slightly plumped). Use the doe-foot applicator for a seamless application, allowing the first coat to dry for five minutes, before applying your second - you can build coverage or layer different shades to achieve the desired finish.

Not impressed
Very poorly advertised shade. I purchased the Tokyo and it is advertised as a light pink nudey colour - but it arrived as a bright bubblegum pink which you can build to a darker bright pink. The colour is NOT as advertised.

This product is okay for the price. I find it a shame that it takes a few applications to get a complete and even coverage of the whole lip. The colour is great and matte without being drying. It lasts long too. I would get another shade. But I do think you can get better lipsticks for the same price.

For the price, the value is amazing. I have 4 or 5 of these and they're all gorgeous, my favorites are Amsterdam and Manila (which they must have discontinued because I haven't been able to find it in a long time.)

Great pigment but this dried my lips like nothing else, making them look like old grannies lips and I'm only 29.

Very good for the price
Definitely my favourite matte lip product that's drugstore. The shades I have look amazing and are not patchy. Love the formula, it has a nice smell and when it dries down it just looks and feels so lovely!
