Cheap yet effective. Obviously not in competition with the luxe creamy lip liners but if you don't wish to overspend then these are great to experiment. A tip- use a good hydrating lip balm before applying it.

I think this lip liner is quite good. It doesn’t have the best feeling on the lips when you use, just have to be soft with it. Very beauty colour (I got the shade cherry), I probably would look at other lip liners rather than repurchasing this one.
