No. 4C Bond Maintenance Clarifying Shampoo (250ml): Dispense desired amount of product into hands and emulsify. Apply to wet hair, focusing on the scalp and working through to ends. Lather fully and leave on for up to five minutes. Rinse.
No. 5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner (250ml): After shampooing, apply to damp hair and work through from root to tip. Leave it on for three minutes and then rinse off.

I’m not totally sold on the clarifying shampoo, mostly because I hate how it makes my hair feel immediately after use. But I’m sure it’s probably doing what it’s meant to. The conditioner is great and makes my hair so soft, glossy, and hydrated!

As expected, these are great quality. Olaplex is a quality, dependable brand. You only need a tiny amount of each so the bottles last a long time. Be aware though, the clarifying shampoo is extremely drying. I use this if my hair feels lank and weighed down by product, but it has dried my hair out and leeches out quite a bit of the colour.

Hair Routine Essential
My hairdresser recommended I switch over to Olaplex's shampoo and conditioner after I said I was looking for a good sulphate-free shampoo. I'd already used Olaplex 3 and always get the in-salon treatments, so tried them out. Sure enough, they do the job, making my hair stronger and healthier over time. But I did find that, given they are sulfate-free formulations, that I got some build up after a few weeks. I added the clarifying shampoo in, using it about twice a month, and now have the perfect hair routine (I also use Olaplex 3, 9 and whatever number the mask is). Note for the fellow straight-hair folks: you really don't need to use much at all to wash or condition effectively with these. Massage a small amount of the shampoo in for a good minute to build up the lather, and use a prayer hands technique for the conditioner. You save a tonne of product and the bottles last ages!
