I have been using Olaplex 0 in combination with olaplex 3 for a while and even though it is quite expensive, I find it works to strengthen and nourish my hair. The quality has improved and even after swimming lots in Chlorinated water the hair feels thicker, shinier and healthier. A bottle lasts for quite a long time (depending I guess on how long/much hair you have) I haven't tried it on its own as it is recommended to be used along side Olaplex 3. I would recommend it to anyone who finds their hair dry, damaged , weakened and lack lustre.
