Now this product does the job it says it will but my main criticism is the delivery method. The bottle has a strong stream rather than a spritz. When I squirt the bottle it tends to go right through a handful of hair (and I have thick hair) so I feel I'm using more than necessary. It is a nice product though and it definitely a weekly staple for a bit of TLC.

It wasn’t mentioned in the product description here on cult beauty (at the time of buying at least) that this should be used followed by no.3 ahead of showering, so I was a bit disappointed to read as much on the bottle when it arrived. However, I started using this on its own (on my dyed hair) before showing, and do think my hair has been improving! I’ve also now got a miniature of no.3 I am occasionally following no.0 with, but even before that I did get told my hair was looking healthier since using no.0 (and I agree!) ! An improvement point is that using the product would be nicer if it sprayed as more of a mist.
