I've used Olaplex 0-7 for a couple of years now. This and number 3 are the 2 I cannot do without. Nourishing, great for rejuvenating and remoisturising ends on non wash days and makes any styling far less frizzy with sleeker results

Olaplex Oil
I absolutely love love love the Olaplex oil. A few drops is all you need, and the size of the bottle is great for travelling. The oil is very light and viscous, not heavy at all - I feel like it absorbs well and leaves my hair feeling lightly oiled. I use this after washing my hair, but do use a more heavy duty oil before washing as I don't think the No.7 would work as a heavier treatment. Love this product and feel like it's definitely worth the money!

Secret to long and strong hair
having tried a number of Olaplex products and am not a huge fan BUT this hair oil is the only product I've tried that helps keep my fine and highlighted blonde hair strong. I use it all summer after swimming in the sea and in pools and notice very little breakage and my hair stays hydrated despite the harsh conditions. I stopped using it recently for some reason and saw a significant deterioration in the strength and condition of my hair! I have now gone back to using it and noticed an improvement in my hair after less than 5 uses. Amazing and would highly recommend!
