It’s a nice serum, but to be honest I’ve expected so much more from olaplex. I love n3, n6 and n7, so I was really excited to try this one, and though it’s nice and does it’s job: my hair seems softer and the ends look better, but there’re dozens of serums that work the same or even better and cost less. And after one month of using solely the Olaplex serum after every wash, I noticed that my hair feel worse than with my usual leave-in from Schwartzkopf professional

So Disappointed
For years I have heard such good things about Olaplex and after reading great reviews for this product I thought I would splash out and try it. I was so looking forward to using it but was left bitterly disappointed by it. The first time I used it my hair felt sticky and frizzy so although I used it sparingly l figured I’d used too much. The next time I washed my hair using my detox shampoo to remove the product and start again and put a tiny amount on the ends and worked a little up to mid length. It didn’t feel as bad but my hair still felt sticky and dry. I’ve watched videos and read reviews to see if I’m doing something wrong but it still does absolutely nothing for my hair except make it feel horrible. A complete waste of money for me I’m afraid.

The best olaplex product
Okay oh my god, I always use no.6 after I finish styling and before bed to give my hair some softness and recharge for the morning. Contemplated purchasing the serum as I was already happy with my routine but I can’t help myself and I’m so glad I purchased. I have never ever achieved such soft hair until I added this to my hair routine. I still use my other products and add this as an extra but I have tried it alone and it performs just as well. Run don’t walk.

Been SO looking forward to trying this as I highly rate the Olaplex range for my hair which according to my hairdresser is 'quite fine but lots of it', also tends to get very frizzy (specially in wet weather + humidity) ! Love the No 3 + No 8 mask which really do make a difference to my hair, eliminating frizz + making it look healthy but I struggle with finding the time to use No 3 (only because it needs to be left on for a while, then rinsed out before using the shampoo). I've tried the No 6 protector but it doesn't seem to help much @ all with my hair. However, I absolutely LOVE this particular product, it seems to be a game changer for my hair (I'd say on a par with my favourite No 8) + the best serum I've tried, really does make a difference ! Will definitely buy again !

I am using Olaplex shampoo and conditioner and bought this to use after washing my hair. There was no way it acts as a detangler. I couldn’t brush my hair without pulling out lots if it. It left my hair feeling dry and frizzy. I won’t be using it again. A waste of money.
