Intended to work as a two-part process, the restorative No. 0 formula acts as a primer to the No. 3, amplifying the efficacy of both treatments to rebuild hair bonds, strengthen and protect your hair's integrity. As always, the star ingredient is bis-aminopropyl diglycol dimaleate – sounds science-y but it will restore and repair chemical-treated, heat-ridden hair. No. 0 bottle should last 3-6 applications, based on hair length and density.
- Apply the No.0 to dry hair. Comb the product through to ensure saturation from root to tip.
- Wait 10 minutes, then apply OLAPLEX No.3 Hair Perfector directly on top of No.0. Comb again to saturate thoroughly, then let the treatment sit for another ten minutes. This treatment is a minimum of 20 minutes, though, just like the No.3 on its own, more significant results occur when keeping it on longer!
- Once completed, rinse, shampoo, and condition. We recommend the OLAPLEX No. 4 Shampoo and OLAPLEX No.5 Conditioner.

Not quite sure on this one
Ok, so No3, brilliant, can't fault it! Staple piece for my hair care routine, but and its a big but, what on earth is this No0 about? Like others the application is just awful, it's a very small hole i must say. I wasn't sure whether to shake it like salt n pepper or squeeze it, it left me so frustrated. Anyway, back to the hair itself, I have thin, fine shoulder length hair, so I guess I used a 3rd of the bottle. Which I'm sure half of that went on other areas of my bathroom sink. Honestly, it made my hair super greasy, its like water but not, the No3 on its own is just magical, the two combined however is a big no no. Glad I tried it, but won't be purchasing again

Package not great
I have waist long hair and found application of the product tricky as I didn’t want to lose most of it on the floor! The actual product itself is great and I have repurchased again. My hair is very textured especially underneath at the back of my neck just with putting my hair up and swimming there is breakage and I found No.0 help smooth this out. As well as making the overall condition of my hair softer.

Applicator is terrible
The applicator nozzle makes the product very difficult to apply. I cut a little off the end of the nozzle so more product comes out, but I think decanting into a spray bottle would work better. Would not purchase again until packaging is changed. In terms of the product itself, I can't tell if it's made a difference yet (used it four times) and there's no immediate noticeable difference than using Olaplex no.3 on it's own. Really disappointed, as I love all the other products in the range.

Great product, bad packaging
The best way to use this product, and get WAY more uses out of the 1 bottle is to decant this into a spray bottle. Just a heads up :)

The bottle needs sorting!!!
The product itself is fabulous-as all Olaplex is. However, the No. 0 bottle is just a nightmare, it really needs a rethink. Not sure if the product could be slightly thicker though because it is literally like water so is very difficult to apply well without wastage. My hair is just above my waist and there's lots of it and I get just shy of two applications out of the bottle of No. 0 and the No. 3 doesn't do it once, so I have to buy the extra bottle of No. 3. Would be so much better if they just made the No. 0 on it's own.

Packaging not ideal
I've used this once and I'm estimating that I'll get 3 treatments out of it - I have shoulder length, straight, fine hair. I agree with other reviews that the packaging this comes in is not really suited to the product and makes it very hard to apply. Other reviews suggested a spray bottle would be better and I fully agree, I'll probably decant into one for the next treatment. If they improved the packaging I might buy this again but while it does make my hair feel lovely afterward, it's just not worth the hassle.

Amazing product
This product did wonders for my hair. After following the instructions I just washed my hair with my regular shampoo and conditioner. But after towel drying my hair I added a bit og Olaplex no 6 to my hair. Then when I blowdried my hair, I sectioned it. I have very thick hair. So when my hair was dry I just added a tiny bit of the Olaplex no 6 again and my hair looked like I had been to the hairdresser. I am so happy with this product and will buy it again.

Meh
It’s okay... I try to leave my treatments on overnight and noticed a slight difference between this and using just the No. 3. It’s hard to apply and you definitely end up using a lot so the price becomes unjustifiable. Won’t be buying again.
