It's suitable for all-over colour, balayage or natural blonde styles too. If that wasn't enough, this purple shampoo is also enriched with brand's patented Bond Building Technology, which works to transform dry, brittle strands into a soft, visibly shiny finish. Distribute evenly between palms first. Apply to wet hair and lather fully. Leave on for 1-3 minutes. (For more intense toning, leave on up to 5 minutes.) Rinse well and condition.

I feel like this was something I’d been waiting for for so long and when Olaplex released it, I had high hopes. Expectations met! My bleached and lightened hair not only gets the Olaplex 5* treatment, but it brightens me up and knocks any of those dreaded (for those who don’t want them) warmer tones out. Really nice to have a 2 in 1 type purple shampoo which keeps a nice clean and fresh colour without drying the hair out.

This is just ok! Expected more from olapl x as I’ve used it on the blonde hair forever! But this is very drying and you have to leave it on for ages to make a difference! I’ll go back to my neal and wolf when it’s finished!

This is so good even my hairdresser can’t believe how fresh my hair looks when I go in for a trim! I have a light ashy balayage on slightly dry naturally wavy hair. I’ve not had to have any colour service since the balayage was last done around a year ago using this shampoo- it still looks completely fresh! It’s super pigmented, so can stain fingers/scalp/really light hair if left on too long. I use it with Olaplex conditioner and bonding oil, and that’s about the extent of my hair washing routine as they cover all bases for me! The only downside for me is that it doesn’t always remove all product build up, so where I have heavily used dry shampoo, hair mists etc I will cleanse with a normal shampoo first. Other than this it’s amazing!
