It's suitable for all-over colour, balayage or natural blonde styles too. If that wasn't enough, this purple shampoo is also enriched with brand's patented Bond Building Technology, which works to transform dry, brittle strands into a soft, visibly shiny finish. Distribute evenly between palms first. Apply to wet hair and lather fully. Leave on for 1-3 minutes. (For more intense toning, leave on up to 5 minutes.) Rinse well and condition.

Effective toner
I use this about once a month on my blonde balayage which gets a bit brassy. It really refreshes the blonde colour and removes the orange tones, making me look like I've been to the hairdresser again. Follow up with conditioner though as it really dries (and knots) your hair up.

Great to remove gold brassiness from caramel highlights
I’ve recently gone lighter. After a holiday in the sun and pool my hairdresser recommended to buy a toner to remove the brassiness and tone my hair to be more soft cream lights. I got his from CB and use it once a week. I’m definitely not a beautiful as Jennifer Aniston but my hair looks near similar to hers after I use it and feels lovely and soft. Worth the investment.

Think it's worth it.
I'm not sure how this compares to other purple shampoos as I've not tried that many having only just had my hair coloured... However, having read multiple good reviews, this seems to be one of the best ones out there, hence my buying it. I've found it to be excellent, though I wish the bottle was bigger or the current was just a tad cheaper. I've heard purple shampoos can be drying, and I can definitely feel that on the palms of my hands after rubbing this in my hair. I can't say it makes my actual hair feel too dry as I use a good conditioner afterwards, and a hair oil to soften the ends... the pigment is super bright, (which is apparently a good thing) and I believe it does make a difference in lightening but I think it takes a few go's, and I'm probably not using it enough (they say 2-3 but I'm more like 1-2 times a week cos it's a bit of a hassle with such long hair. I would recommend this product, just wish it was a little cheaper, as if you have long hair, you do have to use a fair bit to cover every strand.
