I use this conditioner as a deep-conditioning mask. I have been using it now for about a year and it has really helped with the hydration levels of my hair. My hair had been damaged after being colour-treated. My hair is now easy to comb through and soft. My hairdresser has commented on the improved condition. I do not find the scent to be strong at all.
