A bit too thick

This is quite thick and heavy feeling, which scares me to wear under makeup… I love Oskia, so I will use it in the summer without make up.  I love the fact it has a pump!

The Worst

This is the worst SPF I have tried by far. I'm a huge Oskia fan so I was disappointed not to like this. I've used it on and off for 8 months now. It has a strange texture, is difficult to spread across your face and leaves streaks that are next to impossible to blend (press too hard and my skincare starts pilling!) and leaves a visible white cast. At this price point, it was a colossal waste of money :-(

Fabulous

When I bought this, I took another reviewer's advice by giving it time to work and adding some "slip". Applying a pump of this when face is still moist - after toner / hydrator (and moisturiser when needed), helps it glide on effortlessly. The result is brighter, glowy skin, making it perfect for no makeup days. I've used this under foundations / tints, as well as on top of a (skincare) foundation (that has to be applied before sunblock); both worked beautifully as well. No issues with piling so far. Hubby, who has oily skin, tried it too.. and surprisingly, it didn't make him look oily or greasy. His only issue is with the slight tackiness. For reference, I'm fair with dry skin, in my 40s, and reside in a place with high humidity.

Disappointed

The only good things about these products are its ingredient list (although it is fragranced). The cream is very hard to spread evenly, which is concerning as it is an SPF, and the more I try to apply it properly, the worse it gets. The application is therefore a real issue in my opinion. The white cast is also quite noticeable compared to other non-nano mineral sunscreens. I really wanted to like this product, but after trying it several times, using different techniques and moisturizers under it, I am giving up, unfortunately.

Another Disappointed Customer

I had high hopes for finding a mineral based daily SPF with vitaminC, but this product is greasy and leaves my skin super shiny in not a good way. Definitely not one for everyday use under makeup, I am saving it for holidays when I go make up free and don’t mind the shine but it’s a real disappointment.

Give it time...

This SPF does not feel the best at the point of application, and I certainly use a moisturiser underneath to help apply or you can feel a little like you are pulling this across the skin. However... once applied and settled down this SPF has great coverage, lasting power and a lovely finish.

Finally found my SPF

This sunscreen is so undetectable that I forgot I was even wearing it after 10 minutes! I've never tried an SPF that is so weightless and very discreet. I don't feel at all reluctant applying this on my face because it also has some amazing skin care benefits. A clear winner in my books.

Disappointed

I had such high hopes for this sunscreen, but I’d rather chose any other than this one. It gets one star for its pump dispenser. Feels horrible when you rub it on your skin, it’s sticky and tacky, like sticky honey on your skin. The smell isn’t great either. It has a white cast and needs to be really rubbed in before it disappears which makes you pull the skin on your face which isn’t good either. Total waste of money, I definitely don’t recommend it.
