Pioneers in youth-boosting skin care, Oskia welcome the Violet Water range into their glow-boosting arsenal. Tailored to the five skin concerns typically associated with oily, blemish-prone skin, these violet-hued formulas are largely powered by the healing waters of Ancient Sicily. Inspired by the sulphur-rich springs, the Violet Water Hydra Gel delivers daily lightweight moisture to breakout-prone skin thanks to an oil-controlling blend.
Offering the bounciest, lavender-hued formula which absorbs into your skin, the Violet Water Hydra Gel helps promote a clearer-looking complexion whilst regulating excess sebum production.
Supercharged by a powerhouse blend of prebiotics, vitamin C, colloidal silver, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and an amino acid complex (phew!), this supportive gel-like cream replenishes oily skin with optimal hydration and restores balance. Gliding across your face with a cooling and soothing sensation, this clarifying cream anticipates breakouts with a calming approach to keep them at bay. Just when you thought it couldn't get better, this dew-it-all formula is further enriched by 20 synergistic actives which support your delicate microbiome to ensure your skin is left looking - and feeling - as plump and supple as ever!

Not for me
Unfortunately this really wasn't for me. I love Oskia products but this felt so tight and strange on my skin, like there was a film over it. It also stings a little when I apply it and after opening the colour has become a strange grey. I really wasn't a fan of this one.

Super Lightweight & Hydrating
This is so perfect for that super oily and breakout-prone skin that seems to be unable to get along with other moisturisers. This helps hydrated and plump the skin with any heaviness or weight and helps regulate and control oil production helping control that excess oiliness! I would reserve this for that oily skin type or if your some really humid and hot!

Light weight, hydrating gel
This is the perfect lightweight hydrating gel for spotty prone skin. It feels super refreshing when applied and doesn't affect my make up afterwards. I do feel like its helped keep my spots calm. It has a lovely light, refreshing scent to it too! The colour of the gel does fade, which can be a little off putting, which is why I've docked it a star.
