Oozing with refreshing notes of spearmint, ginger and green fig, this salicylic acid-infused shampoo gently tingles and provides relief from dandruff build-up, itchiness and redness. Powerful and potent, it hits the restart button on sensitive scalps with comforting propanediol caprylate along with conditioning vitamin E and moisturising glycerin. The only flaking that will be happening now is maybe on plans...don't judge us.

Spectacular
I am suffering from a very itchy flakey scalp, a lot of anti-dandruff shampoos strip hair colour and can be very harsh on the scalp. This shampoo is very gentle, has a lovely light scent and leaves my scalp very soft and shiny, my hair looks better than with any other shampoo I've tried. I've even had people ask me why my hair is suddenly so shiny! In terms of flakes, from the first use they have improved and, it just keeps getting better (it can take up to 28 days to be completely clear). Very impressed - I would recommend it.

Unbelievable!
I've had issues with a flakey scalp since childhood. It's always so disheartening, as I have thick, dark coloured hair, so dandruff can be really obvious. I've tried every anti-dandruff shampoo under the sun, including some prescribed by the doctors. Products either didn't work or would stop the dandruff but make my hair look awful. This Ouai shampoo is something else entirely! It makes my hair feel so soft and clean, smells nice and there is absolutely no sign of dandruff. There appears to be no sulfates in it, so that's great too. It's a bit pricey, but really worth it x

All the OUAI!
I'm a big fan of OUAI so I really wanted to give this a try despite not having a flaky scalp, what I do have is a scalp that can be itchy because of product build-up which happens easily when you have curly hair and layer all the lotions and potions. This deeply cleansed my scalp and relieved the itch, leaving my hair feeling super clean! I did need to use a mask after this because my hair was bleached from brunette to platinum and needs all the help it can get, but it did not strip my semi-permanent pink colour as your usual dandruff shampoo would.

Haircare game-changer
I've tried every shampoo under the sun (well it feels that way) and nothing has helped my oily, itch and flaky scalp...until now. After one use my dandruff had noticeable reduced and after using for around 3 months, my scalp has started to balance. I went from having a fully-bleached head of hair to growing my natural brown colour out which came with a whole host of new hair woes. I was using this 3x per week and it didn't strip my hair, quite the opposite and now i use every other wash and my scalp and hair has never felt better. I was nervous about the salicylic acid in this product as I'd used before and felt like it aggravated my scalp but i left with shiny, flake free hair and i couldn't be happier. Already have my second bottled lined up as can't live without!

New Key Shampoo For me ... especially with my psoriasis!
This is a beautiful shampoo and truly now has become one of my key products in the shower. As I now have bleached hair tar-based shampoo or products stain my hair so I needed to find a really good option to introduce instead! This has a very light and gentle scent due to the very low level of fragrance to avoid irritation of the scalp which is considerate and perfect for this type of shampoo. I like massaging and working into the scalp and roots and then using a scalp massager to help lift debris and better spread across the full surface, leave on for 5 minutes then rinse and condition. And even with bleached hair this does leave my hair feeling too fry or stripped but I always advise with any shampoo to condition it afterwards. This will be a permanent inclusion to my hair wash ritual!

New Holy Grail
I was so excited to try this formula and was very fortunate enough to start using it ahead of launch! This shampoo has a luxuriously creamy lather and has left my scalp flake-free, soothed and my strands shiny. As a psoriasis sufferer, I was hesitant when the deliciously fresh, light fragrance of fig and ginger hit my nostrils, but I didn't experience any irritation whatsoever. This has quickly become my go-to shampoo and I can no longer imagine wash day without it. Bonus, it doesn't strip the hair of moisture as many scalp-targeted shampoos do!
