Love it but honestly a bit overhyped
I have naturally dry curly hair. I used the shampoo as I was feeling my scalp is heavy and not completely clean after several washes. It helped it in a way but I also had to use a scalp scrubber too. I used afterwards the leave-in, smells amazing but kinda weighed down my curls.

Have you ever fallen in love with a brand the moment you tried a sample? well, that happened to me and here I am basically buying everything I can get my hands on! After trying a sample, I spotted this set in the sale and decided to push myself outside my usual hair comfort zone. Having fine, delicate hair I wasn't too sure about a leave-in or detox shampoo... but here we are!I My hair is SUPER fussy and seems to be disappearing at a rather uncomfortable rate. It's type 3A curly and I wash it every day because it can't hold a style to save its life and every morning I wake up with the worst mess. I apply a few styling products to my hair and thought maybe a regular detox would be a good idea. I also suffer from a fussy scalp too and products can break me out often, especially fragranced ones! but having officially fallen down the Ouai rabbit hole I thought I'd give this a shot. I am in love! Both products smell so pretty and feminine and neither has broken me out. The leave-in is a delight and I think will last for ages, it doesn't weigh my hair down or mess with my other styling products. The detox shampoo made my hair feel cleansed but not stripped. I think this is a fantastic way to try both products at a good price and I'm looking forward to seeing how this goes over time, but for the moment, I am so happy! Thank you Ouai x

Fine curly haired love
I love the smell of this! I was nervous about using a detox shampoo but this left my hair feeling nicely cleansed and not at all stripped. My hair is SUPER fussy and I have a stash of hair products that could stock a shop... but this love affair with Ouai started with a sample, it's so lovely when that actually works out! I bought this kit on sale and I’m so glad I did! Ouai products never disappoint.I love their hair oil, pomade, wave spray and decided to get the detox shampoo and leave in conditioner. I emulsified it and used it only on my scalp and blue not scalp feels so clean. I recommend using it once a week. The leave in smells great and leaves your hair feeling healthy and hydrated.
