The smell!
Oh my god. I purchased this as a gift for my MIL who loves the scrub. It doesn’t smell like the scrub, but smells absolutely heavenly. It smells gentle and luxurious. Not sure about the formula because I haven’t used.

Not hydrating enough
I am a huge fan of Ouai and Jen Atkin! I love the shampoos and some of the other bath & body products. This just didn't work for me, it was not nearly as hydrating as I need. If you need something that just smells good and maybe don't have very dry skin, give it a go! (love the packaging too)

Not impressed, as ouaiscrub and body wash leave a great smell this creme is rather dull in smell very disappointed. Saying that it leave skin nice and soft.
