Not as luxe as it seems
I was quite disappointed at the subtlety of the fragrance as I had expected good things. Instead it smells more like the free shampoo you get in budget hotels than the luxe description given. Lathers okay but didn't wow me with the experience. It felt cheap and flimsy, a bit like the bottle. I have given it three because after using this and the conditioner, my hair feels light and bouncy. I have bleached ash blonde hair and it definitely looks good after blow-drying.

I’ve been using this shampoo for years. I switched to this because my previous shampoo was making my scalp itchy! This shampoo doesn’t do that at all, which is great! I have very fine hair but lots of it and this shampoo gets my hair really clean with no residue. If there was one thing I could change it would be the scent which is rose, I think. I’d rather it was something more herbal but it’s a compromise I’m happy to make as the rest of the product is great. I’d give it 5 stars if the scent was better!

I have thick hair at the top and fine at the bottom so thought I would give this ago. Really happy with it. Definitely gives me more volume at the bottom and also noticed my hair styles better/ stays better and stays clean longer ( I have to wash my hair everyday and it’s hard to style sometimes because it’s SO straight) Cons I would say that my hair isn’t as shiny when I use this (my hair is naturally really shiny though to be fair) but still gives that salon ‘clean’ look. A few people have mentioned it tangles their hair which it ever so slightly does but I feel like any product marketed to fine hair or creating volume does this so not a huge shock. Will definitely buy again.
