Think of its rich formula as bespoke tailoring for medium hair types. A nourishing infusion of hydrolysed keratin encourages smooth and silky-looking lengths, while a blend of babassu and coconut oil grants moisture without weighing hair down. Last (but certainly not least), vitamin-rich kumquat fruit extract leaves locks with shine for days. To top things off, the iconic Mercer Street fragrance melds orange with floral and fresh notes of peony, magnolia, jasmine and musk for an inviting aroma that lingers long after the suds leave your strands.

Love this
I see a lot of comments about the scent. Honestly, I find the scent of this product to be divine, it just smells clean and expensive. My boyfriend would keep his nose in my hair after I wash it with this, he loves the scent too! My hair looks luxurious, hydrated, shiny, clean from roots to ends. I also love the fact that you can apply this from your roots, most conditioners don’t let you do that because they become greasy, this one… not. I’ve been using this for almost a year already and I wouldn’t change it for anything. My hair is fine-medium, natural color.

Awful scent
I had high hopes for this, but unfortunately the awful granny scent has let it down drastically. Giving it two stars because it does the job and my hair did feel soft after the first wash, however the scent is just too much. Had it not been for the price I paid I would have definitely put it in the bin. As it stands, it looks like I’m going to have to power through somehow and use it up and maybe try mask the scent with aftercare products from a different brand. The scent is a weird granny type soapy/powdery type of strong lingering smell. It’s quite over-powering and really does linger, still here the next day, to the point that even my fiancé commented on how strong and awful it is, suggesting I buy a different shampoo and conditioner set.

Surprisingly Good
I’ve never tried OUAI products before but was in need of a new conditioner. I have pretty fine thin hair so was going to opt for the fine hair conditioner but it was sold out, so I took a chance on this one. I'm so surprised that it actually gives my hair so much volume and body! It leaves it smooth and soft but voluminous at the same time. It's also hydrating enough to my balayage hair but doesn't weigh it down at all. The only downside to me is the fragrance, it's quite strong and not really my taste but I'm getting used to it. Pretty impressed by this overall!

Great
Amazing conditioner. As a hairstylist, I've tried so many different ones and this one stood out with its scent. It's quite heavily fragranced, but I loved it and got compliments on my scent a lot. I like the size, the texture and the amount of moisture I got. Great, would recommend it.
