Founded in 2016 by stylist to the stars Jen Atkins, OUAI (that's pronounced 'way') translates to 'yes'. Encouraging you to say yes to letting go of unrealistic expectations and embracing imperfections, the brand offers an alternative to the one-size-fits-all approach to hair care. Manes aside, the brand dives into the world of fragrances with the North Bondi Eau de Parfum (50ml), a scent starring fresh, citrus notes of bergamot, rose de mai, blackberry, woody amber and white musk.
Teaming up with a fine French perfumer, OUAI develops fragrances inspired by iconic locations around the world and, this time, we're heading to lush beaches with the North Bondi Eau de Parfum (50ml).
Opening with bright and zesty notes of Italian lemon, bergamot, apple blossom and raspberry, this fragrance then blooms into a powdery bouquet or jasmine, rose de mai and violet. As for the base? It warms into accords of creamy sandalwood, skin-like white musk and earthy patchouli. It's a fresh and subtly floral aroma that we can see making its way swiftly into your fragrance wardrobe.

great smell
I love the smell, perfect for spring/summer months. Doesn't feel overpowering and can be used day/night. perfect for work, but wish the scent would last a bit longer.

I absolutely adore this perfume, I was obsessed with the ouai leave in conditioner especially the scent and once I realised they made a perfume with the same scent I had to buy and fell in love plus the scent lasts a long time compared to more expensive perfumes

Lovely scent
I was a bit hesitant when buying this perfume as it was a blind buy, however, it definitely exceeded my expectations. It smells so fresh and clean, would probably be more fitting for Spring and Summer, but I still think this will be a perfume that I reach for regularly.

Disappointed...

Nice and summery
I already knew I loved this smell after using Ouai hair products, and this doesn't disappoint for me. It's been a good daily scent this summer. It doesn't seem to last as long as my more higher-end perfumes, but I think for the price point, it's good.

Beautiful breezy scent
As an avid perfume wearer, I found myself wanting something different, something I would not be smelling on someone else at work and something that would be perfect for those hot summer days and I managed to find those in this bottle right here. Both beautifully floral and fresh without being overpowering this is truly a joy to wear, This is summer in a bottle right here. I was so impressed by this I purchased Melrose too which I equally love.

If ocean mist was a perfume
This would be it. This scent manages to transport me to the beachfront while remaining sophisticated and sexy. The lasting power is good, for me. Eau de Parfums normally last 3-4 hours on me unless spraying it on my clothes and I was pleasantly surprised to smell this on my wrist after 4 hours of wearing it and working out in between and constantly washing my hands. The magnetic lid was a pleasant surprise for me which makes the perfume feel expensive while the price is extremely consumer-friendly. I would adore a smaller size or rollerball to keep in my bag!

Beautiful fresh scent
I love the smell of Ouai hair products so I knew I’d love this and it didn’t disappoint. Fresh, light, good for daily wear. It lasts too. My new favourite.
