Formulated with rice protein and coconut water rather than salt, this ultra-fine mist is the secret to loose, beachy waves without stiffness or crunch. Enriched with OUAI's signature Smart Technology, a cocktail of amino acids, tamarind seed, keratin, ama oil, hibiscus and jasmine, this spray tames as it tousles for beautiful bounce. As if that wasn't enough, an infusion of the beloved North Bondi fragrance means that zesty notes of bergamot, Italian lemon and rose de mai will follow you long after your final spritz.

Sticks
Hair sticks together after using... and then gets matted as if you've put hairspray on. The smell is too sweet for my taste also. Disappointed.

Just lovely
So easy to use. I just spray onto damp hair, scrunch and that’s it. Lovely every time. I really like the smell too, not sweet or floral a bit sandalwood.

Great product
Has a pleasant smell, does the job and adds texture to the hair without leaving it crispy and dry, nothing to rave about but it is a good product.

Sticky!
I'm disappointed with this product. Smells fine but leaves my hair sticky and looking like it has product on it. I bought the larger size as it's better value, this was a mistake as I won't use it, and definitely won't be buying again.

Great volume
Gives great volume but the curls won't stay for me. It's like a sea salt spray and it dries out my hair.

Doesn't do much
This product smells great but that's about it for me. It makes my hair very sticky and rather than a beach wave that I'm going for, it ends up looking more like I just rolled out of bed. It's a no from me.

Love it!!
I have spent so much money on wave sprays and I think I have finally found the one. I have thick, course, dry hair with a natural kink. It worked best when my hair was slightly damp and then sprayed throughout and the waves stay at least a couple of days. I used along with the Ouai texturising spray

Love it!
Wow! This stuff is incredible. Used it for the first time today and four or five spritzes with some light hair scrunching was more than enough to bring out lovely beachy waves. I have quite a bit of kink to my hair naturally and this defined and tamed my curls whilst smoothing away any frizz. It does smell quite perfumed which might not be for everyone, but for me it was a bonus. Highly recommend.

Great for retaining curls
My 6yr old has tight curly hair, this is the end product of her routine which will ensure the defined curls stays in place, it does have a firm texture to the curl but depending on what you are looking for this will either be great or not quite what you may have thought, definite repurchase for LO though as it works lovely on her hair type

Doesn't really make promised waves, only leaves hair very dry. Nice scent though.
