This is a lovely pillow spray and has a delicate lavender scent. I have used other pillow sprays that have a strong lavender scent and find them a bit overpowering and some give me headaches but this spray hasn't done that. It might be a more subtle scent but it definitely seems to work for me. I don't have a problem falling asleep, my issue is staying asleep and I sometimes wake up up 4 or 5 times during the night. With this spray I have found that once I'm asleep I stay asleep until my alarm goes off or occasionally I have woken up once during the night (when using this spray) but find getting back to sleep very easy. I spray it on my pillows, sheets and also spritz some on to myself, as it can be used as a body spray too. I think pillow sprays are one if those items where you may have to try a few to find out what works for you and just because one works for other people it may not work for you and vice versa. I will definitely be buying this again.

This just didn't work. The smell was OK but didn't last and didn't help me sleep. I've used other pillow sprays which are infinitely better

It smells nice for a few minutes; not worth the price to me, I wouldn't repurchase. After using it for a month, I didn't notice any effect on my sleep.
