This is one of the few eye pencils I can apply to the waterline that is waterproof & really does last all day without smudging so I can rely on this one. I like the subtle metallic finish of this navy one, it’s not sparkly but it gives a more flattering finish than plain navy as it’s a bit lighter.

I apply this deep navy pencil to my waterline & it lasts all day long with zero smudging, looks lovely as it’s not too dark & also not too bright, gives an ultra flattering muted navy with a hint of metallic shimmer finish. The best thing about it is it looks as good at the end of the day as when it’s first applied.

I bought this Pat McGrath Perma Gel Ultra Eye Pencil in blue ~ it's a very intense blue in that it needs powdering over to prevent it from 'bleeding out' onto the skin around the eye. Not one of Pat McGrath's best ~ but it works well if you take the time to set it well.
