Not drying
This is a nice light powder for setting a concealer. I have used both yellow and light and found that yellow is really yellow and too dark on my light skin. I have dry under eyes but this doesn't accentuate the dryness.

This is the smoothest my under-eyes have ever looked
So far I like it but I find the Baby Pink shade is more flattering on my skin tone and I wish Cult Beauty carried it. The shade Light is pretty stark on my medium skin tone even though I like a brightened under-eye. Whereas, the Baby Pink shade is actually brightening for me and it blends well into my blush. However, it does the job and the formula is where this product shines. It is the most crease-free under-eye powder I’ve ever tried. I still get a small amount of creasing because I naturally have a lot of under-eye lines. It worked best with a makeup puff for an even application. The powder is very thin and soft and overall it’s worth the hype it has gained

This gives a smooth finish to the under eyes. Doesn't darken my foundation. The packaging itself is fine but it comes in a plastic pouch full of sequins which is messy and wasteful imo. Would be much more ecofriendly to come in a cardboard packaging.
