Colours don’t match photos!
The colours are nothing like the photos which is disappointing. Wish id reads the other reviews before ordering. I cant comment on consistency or the colour or durability out of the pan as I didn't even open it as colour was so way off to the pictures sadly!

I already own this lip product in a different shade but the one I have received is awful ..it looks like concealer on the lips and I am fair skinned so was expecting a pale nude pink but it's absolutely awful and couldn't imagine any skin tone being able to carry it off ..also the consistency is muck thicker than the previous one I purchased which makes it feel very dried out as if its an old product ..

Almost perfect nude
You should have know that swatches does not match the exact color and these products might do not suite to medium/dark skin tones. I have light-medium skin and the color She's Confident lighter than my natural lip color. But for me it's great nude, formula is comfortable (but can accentuate chapped lips - my lips look very flaky even if they are a little dry), package is great.

Not worth the hype.
Purchased the shade "She's Independent" from swatches it looked like a dark brown and is described as a rich chocolate shade on receiving it it looks more like the shade "She's Unapologetic" ,a extremely light odd shade that looks terrible on me. The swatch pictures and descriptions do not do a good job.

I loveeee this lip creme, it feels really nice on the lips not to drying and the colour pigmentation is lovely. I do agree with the colour swatches comment by @ "Kat Hussain" I also bought this shade as saw it was warmer chestnut shade than the cooler lighter nude range, however on my lips its basically a nude...
