A flexible gel that keeps hair in place while giving it room to breathe, the Curl Gel does that and then some by nourishing hair with a wealth of hydrating ingredients.
As with all PATTERN hair care, the Curl Gel is free of SLS/SLES, parabens, formaldehyde... the list goes on. Instead, it infuses a blend of aloe vera, coconut oil and cacay oil to fortify and hydrate hair, so your strands are just as healthy on the inside as they are on the outside. Perfect for wash 'n' go styles, braids and twist outs, this medium hold formula has just the right amount of slippage to evenly distribute the gel and coat each strand. The result? Defined, bouncy, touchable curls that last.

More like a cream than a gel
I wanted to try this gel out to see if it would work for 2A-C hair types. It's a lot more nourishing than more transparent gels out there. It does give a nice hold to the hair and there is no crunchy feeling. However, on my 2b hair, I need to wash my hair more frequently if I use this.
