Not the best cleanser
Only removes very light makeup, doesn’t work well with eye makeup, even non-waterproof mascara is a challenge for this one. The packaging is not great, the product separates - when you squeeze, it spits out some oil separately.

Favourite cleansing balm
This is my absolute favourite cleansing balm. A lot of balms come in a pot with a spatula which I don't like so I love that this comes in a tube. It is a bit thicker than other cleansing balm I've used but I don't mind. I feel like it cleanses my skin a lot better and doesn't leave it dehydrated. I will say it doesn't emulsify that much with a tiny bit of water, say like the Farmacy balm. Not to say it doesn't emulsify though, just needs a bit more water. I love that there's no fragrance either.

Lovely gentle hydrating cleanser!
I love this cleanser, it's gentle enough to use even when my skin is feeling a bit sensitive and it leaves my skin feeling soft and comfortable. I also like the fact this cleansing balm comes in a tube as it's more hygienic than dipping your fingers in a tub.

A great formula, but...
This is a great product. I love that it doesn't have any fragrance and it also feels smooth and luxurious on the skin. My only issue with it is that it separates at all. I don't think this would have occurred if it was in a jar instead.
