Good scrub

Bought this as I like a physical exfoliant to use in the shower, so I've been using it every 2 days. I don't know if it's make a huge difference to my skin but my skin does feel well cleansed and clean after using this. It's not super scratchy as scrubs such as the st ives one as the beads are rounded but I've definitely used gentler scrubs

Leaves skin soft

It takes a little while for the beads to dissolve, but if you enjoy a scrub and have sensitive skin, this is a good alternative. It leaves the skin feeling soft, though it's still not my favourite cleanser.

Amazing cleanser!

The Unscrub is my favourite cleanser. It gives that feeling and effect of scrubbing without damaging the skin (I have acne-prone skin ). It feels so gentle and doesn’t dry out my skin. It’s definitely worth giving it a try! I’m in love with Paula’s Choice products.

Best scrub

I have used quite a lot of scrubs, some are too physical and some are too artificially fragrant, this scrub is so gentle and it does its job. I have combination-oily skin and I use it twice a week. The results are amazing!

It's OK

This scrub is ok. I have mature-ish (I'm 38),dry-ish and sensitive-ish skin with a sometimes oily t-zone. Although I agree with reviewer Bmarie that the beads don't dissolve well, I don't think it's very scrubby as the beads are very soft and do dissolve eventually. It certainly doesn't feel like a scrub at all on my skin. I think of this more as a cleanser. I don't wear makeup so I can't speak for its efficacy in that regard, but it feels like it doesn't remove built-up sebum properly - but to be fair, that might just be because it's so mild. It does leave my skin smooth and hydrated without leaving a film or any kind of oily feeling. I might not purchase it again for myself, but I could see myself recommending it to a friend who was looking for something like this. I just ordered the INKEY List oat scrub, let's see how that goes.

Mixed feelings

I have such mixed feelings on this product! From the description of the product and ‘dissolvable’ jojoba beads I thought this product would be a lot different to what it is. I expected it to be gentle and not very strong however, it’s very ‘scrubby’. The texture is as harsh as any other physical exfoliator such as st Ives and the beads don’t dissolve very well at all. They’re quite messy and just spread around into your hair and down your neck. Having said that, it’s really effective at removing all traces of dirt and has significantly improved my texture and heals breakouts quicker. My skin is also very sensitive and there’s not been any added redness either. I just worry what the long term effects would be of using this regularly
