A powerful resurfacing, revitalising triple-action treatment, Peter Thomas Roth’s Pumpkin Enzyme Mask stars nature-derived pumpkin enzymes to ‘digest’ dulling dead surface skin cells, alongside alpha hydroxy acids and aluminium oxide crystals to instantly enhance radiance, refine skin texture and unify uneven skin tone. With a sweet, warming scent (think cinnamon-spiced pumpkin pie) this quick-fix mask wages three-pronged attack on loss of lustre – enzymatically eliminating pore-clogging surface debris which can compromise skin’s light-reflective capabilities – and ‘peeling’ thanks to AHAs, which melt the ‘glue’ that binds the uppermost layer of cells to skin’s surface and in turn, encourage repair and renewal processes. Aluminium oxide crystals – the same crystals used in microdermabrasion – then polish dulled skin to perfection; stimulating circulation and purifying pores to leave your complexion looking flawless with a luminous glow and velveteen softness. Well worth the money
When this says it resurfaces, MY WORD does it do what it says on the tin. While I have a fairly robust skincare routine, I am plagued with dry, rough skin around my nose and slight breakouts around my forehead. This mask gets rid of the roughness, helps clear up breakouts over time and evens out my complexion. I have sensitive skin and it is very strong, so definitely not something I'd use 3 times a week, would use maybe twice a month. It will also leave you a bit red immediately afterwards, so definitely use at night and make sure you're hydrating and using niacinamide or something after to calm your skin down. As a man with a beard, the little grains do get stuck in it so probably takes me a bit longer than most to get it all washed off. Overall, would definitely recommend and buy again, just exercise caution because of the strength!

Not for sensitive skin
The combination of AHAs and physical exfoliants is too much for my sensitive skin. It stings so much and my face is always bright red afterward. Going to stick to chemical exfoliation. It also smells awful! Don't recommend this product to anyone with sensitive skin.

Believe the hype!
Love this, tried a mini version that came in a gift set, and will definitely be purchasing the full size. My skin loves chemical exfoliation but can also be quite sensitive to it. This stuff is strong and effective without giving me a reaction! Works so well, particularly when used as a regular weekly treatment over a period of weeks, months, etc.

Worth the money
This is a very good product. I got swayed by all the positive reviews, although I rarely have the time to properly put on a mask. It works beautifully, my skin feels refreshed and my pores are significantly cleaner and minimised. You feel it working straight away, yet it doesn't make my sensitive skin flare up and it's not too stripping or abrasive. This jar will probs last me a year. I use it once a week, and it works wonders when combined with a steamy bath. I'll definitely repurchase.

Amazing!!!
I decided to buy this even though there was absolutely no necessity to add yet another face mask to my skincare collection. I’m so glad that I brought it. Everything about it, the texture, the smell, the ease of application. I love that it’s so fast acting. Overall OMG I love how it makes my skin feel, it’s never been so soft. If you suffer with texture issues this should definitely be on your wish list. I will certainly be buying this again!!!

Holy Grail
This mask/scrub is a Holy Grail item for me. I use it 3 times a week and it is phenomenal at helping buff away dry skin and unclogging pores - it also smells incredible!

My New Go-To
I bought this as part of a mini Cult Beauty haul when I had the £10 off referral code. My skin around my mouth, chin, and jaw have become really congested due to a combination of hormonal breakouts and the dreaded maskne, and I wanted to try some new skincare to try and combat this. Though this is not a mask specifically for acne, I decided to give it a go due to the rave reviews, and I also purchased a small Goldfaden MD clarifying mask to tackle the offending area. This mask, however, was an instant favourite. First off, I love the PSL-esque smell, it is so Autumnal and warming and, even though skincare probably shouldn’t be so strongly scented, personally I loved it. The tub is huge and a little goes a long way, so if used once or twice a week it will last a long time. I usually apply it after a hot bath or shower, to open up the pores, and leave it on for about 7-10 mins. I do gently exfoliate with the beads, and then leave it on to work its magic. The sensation is slightly tingly for me, however, I have found other peels harsher/more stingy. Though it didn’t do much for my pesky spots, it smooths out skin like nothing else I’ve tried! My skin is left glowing, smooth and soft, and makeup goes on like a dream. I like a mask to feel like a bit of a treat, and this certainly does.

I just LOVE this product! Everything, the smell, the way it looks, the texture, the feeling and the results! I don't scrub much "manually" as this can be very abrasive, I just let the mask do its work on its own and it's magic!

Holy Grail
This was such a GREAT surprise! I love a facemask and especially one where I can see an immediate effect. This has a slight tingly effect but quickly wears off. My skin is left baby smooth and obviously brighter. I do this mask once a week after a hot bath so that my pores are open and penetrate the skin better. I actually even use this when I have a stubborn pimple, I apply a small dollop on the spot with a q-tip and it reduces the redness and size of it! Will definitely be repurchasing!
