Cleansing and clarifying, this anti-dandruff shampoo has been specially formulated to remove the irritation and potential embarrassment that dry, flaky scalps too often bring. Developed by ‘The Hair Doctor’, Philip Kingsley, whose work centred around scalp (as well as hair) heath, this formula was originally created for Sir Laurence Olivier. Unlike other dandruff treatments, Flaky Itchy Scalp Shampoo does not dry out the hair or strip it of colour, gently cleansing with specialised ingredients instead and removing build up and irritation, so effectively that 99% of those tested in a consumer trial said that it cleared their flaky scalp. With a delicate apple fragrance, this can be used every day as your main shampoo, or in conjunction with the shampoo recommended for your hair texture. Apply to wet hair
Lather well with a gentle kneading of the scalp
Rinse and repeat if necessary

Amazing shampoo
I purchased the 75ml and it’s worked wonders on my hair/scalp. Definitely will be purchasing it again, next time the 250ml. Definitely recommended.

Excellent comforting Scalp saving shampoo.
I love this - I bought the small size after trying a sample sachet and am now on a big bottle as it works! Soothing and clears any flakey scalp issues but also leaves your hair shiny and smells great. Highly recommend this.

Amazing
After suffering a bad reaction to a hair dye my scalp peeled and was intensely itchy. After trying different itchy scalp shampoos with no improvements I found this product and within a couple of uses, my scalp was back to normal. Definitely recommend!

Amazing!!
Bought it for boyfriend, he suffers with extremely dry scalp. I believe it’s some form of psoriasis. The shampoo worked within days. It has made a massive difference his scalp would always flake off all over his tops. I would definitely recommend if you have dry scalp.

Didn’t work for my partners scalp
Unfortunately, this product made my partners scalp itchier but it would be different on everybody so don’t let it put you off getting it for yourself. We will keep trying until we find the right not itchy shampoo for him.

This works.
I live in a hot, arid country and I have tried countless hair products to treat my dry scalp but this is the only thing that has worked. I'm on my 4th bottle and will not be switching to another product any time soon. It also smells wonderful and a small amount lathers really well. I have short but thick hair and a 250ml bottle usually lasts me 4 months.

Great. It really works.
It’s a bit expensive, got to be honest (at least for me) but it’s super worth it. I bought the travel size so I could try it and immediately bought the full size. It does the job so well. I’v been having flaky and itchy scalp for a year or so now and had it under control until a few months ago. Tried everything and not much seemed to work. This did. In one or two washes, my scalp is no longer super itchy and the really big flakes are gone. Besides that, it controls my oily hair quite well without over drying it. So far, I’ve been loving it. Totally worth the try.

Itchy, flakey, scratchy, no more.
This works. I can't believe it. I've been looking for a shampoo like this for years. I have long very thick hair and if I don't wash it every day it becomes itchy. I can now leave my hair for 3-4 days if I so wanted. Also- it's gentle.

Really effective!
I bought this for my boyfriend as his scalp is very flaky. From the first use, I literally noticed zero flakes on his scalp. Maybe a few flakes on the third day if he neglects to wash his hair haha. He also likes it as he also told me he doesn't feel itchiness as well. So happy about this product!

A must for seborrheic dermatitis sufferers
I didn't buy this for the longest time because it's expensive and I wasn't sure it would be worth it. Oh was I wrong! I've had seborrheic dermatitis for a few years now. I took the plunge less than a month ago and this has gotten rid of the scalp crusts faster and better than anything else I've ever tried. And I only use it twice a week instead of daily! I hope the effects are longlasting once I've used up the bottle because I still find it expensive. But given the results, I will definitely repurchase.
