Great for sensitive scalps
I started using this as I had an itchy scalp that was prone to dandruff, hair loss and scabbing. This helped control sebum and tone my scalp, and I notice my hair growing back stronger too. I used this every 2 days to once a week and it helped, now I use this occasionally which helps control the itchiness.

Toner for the scalp is always a good idea
I used to have very oily scalp, however with time i trained it to produce less. I use this toner after a wash to make sure there are no product build up or a lot of sebum left, as i tend to use hair oils before each wash. I also use it in between washes. It's literally like a face toner but for the scalp.

I have PCOS so my scalp gets really itchy from time to time and my hairline is receding from the front, so to keep my scalp (and hair follicles) I use this Scalp Tonic to keep everything super clean and in tiptop condition. Couldn't recommend it enough!

temporary relief
This does give a cooling sensation and relieves itch for a bit but doesn’t completely resolve it. Haven’t noticed anything else with my hair. Don’t get how the amount of alcohol in it helps with the itch though, it reeks of alcohol.
