Perfect
I love doing somersaults and handstands in the pool and my hair gets very wet. I wet my hair, apply this evenly, pop on a cap and then drench my hair over and over. I rinse it out and head home. My hair is lift soft and conditioned. I do then usually wash it thoroughly but if I didn't it would not be an issue as it's in great condition.
