To get the best benefits from Collagen Shots take daily, ideally half an hour before going to sleep at night, this is when cells are renewing. Alternatively have on an empty stomach either first thing in the morning or before a meal. Put one scoop in a glass and fill with 200 - 250ml of water (or preferred beverage), whisk with a fork, allow a minute for collagen to dissolve. You could use a small blender or shaker for mixing. Results collagen supplement
This collagen supplement shows results. When I take it regularly my skin is definitely smoother. I also use Alpha H gold which helps to smooth skin but it is more plump and smooth when I have had this supplement the night before. It has high levels of marine collagen, more than most supplements. The only thing I would ask for is a flavourless dissolvable one that can be added to tea, hot chocolate etc to make it easier to take regularly as I like a hot drink before bed (best time to take collagen) not a berry flavoured one.

Best collagen I’ve tried
Tbh it’s hard to know how well collagen is working, but I do feel that my skin is clearer and brighter and my nails and hair are definitely stronger. Compared to other collagen I’ve tried, this actually tastes good and I feel that I recover quicker from workouts when I’m taking it. The vitamin c is a great immune system boost at this time of year too!

Collagen
My nails were much stronger and they had pure white half moons at the end which I’d never had before. Not sure of the effect on hair but I think my skin had a better ‘glow’. I’d recommend even though I wasn’t sure it would do much initially.

Not for me
Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. After the third month my hair was amazing but my chronic pain came back again badly. There must be something that triggered my pain.

I honestly don’t know if it’s worth it. A lot of money and I think most of the nutrients in the pack you can get them daily by eating 2 pieces of fruits some meat which has collagen in it. I haven’t seen anything after using it. Buy fresh veg fruit and good quality meat I guess.

I’ve tried various marine collagen supplements and this is the one that works for me. It mixes well on cold water and tastes pleasant. I take the H3O Night Repair capsule at the same time.
